But that’s not where things started.

In 2017, I opened my private practice whilst I was on maternity leave from my senior dietitian role at the hospital.

Despite having 8 years of experience in dietetics, I felt like a fish out of water when it came to running a business.

I was basically winging it.

Nonetheless, I grew my in-person practice really quickly and even doubled my full-time salary at the hospital.

The problem? It felt like I was working so much more.

With a 6 weeks waitlist, 10-hour workdays, and more paperwork to complete once home (plus a toddler to chase around!), I was on the verge of burnout.

That's when I started dabbling into Instagram, getting leads from all parts of the world, and realising there was a smarter way to take my business to the next level: online courses and programs.

If you have an online business, you’ll need to have an open mind and be willing to learn how to set up some tech. And if you’re not tech-savvy, we will provide you with the necessary training and support to help you get your business and course up and running.

Having industry-specific experience, I know what works to help my clients get results. I’ve been a dietitian for over a decade and have worked in a variety of settings and nutrition niches.

I also have experience building a successful in-person private practice before I pivoted my practice online. I've since launched memberships, online courses, 1:1, and group programs so I've got a good knowledge of sales and marketing (which very few coaches have done in the health industry).

Plus, although I attract a lot of Australian dietitians (this is where I'm based!), I've worked with practitioners from different countries (including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, NZ, and UAE). This means that I have an understanding of different regulations across different countries and can save you hours of research and headache trying to figure all of this out for yourself!

As with our work as a dietitian and clinician, I can't guarantee specific results because every individual is different.

What I can say is that the Profitable Online Practice Framework I teach inside the Momentum Club™ works. And when you commit to it, I can guarantee you that I'll be here to help you troubleshoot and get through any bumps along the way so that you're not figuring this out on your own.

Industry-standard for private practice dietitians is around $100-160 per session, so you’ll need to see 70-90 clients per month to make $10k.

Using my model, you’ll only need to sign just a handful of clients to hit a $10k month (and I can also tell you that some of our clients are making $15k, $30k, and even $40k per month!). When you show up and go “all in”, you’ll start to see epic results!

When you join, we’ll get you to complete an Intake Questionnaire so we can identify the gaps and opportunities in your nutrition business. I’ll dive deeper into this on our Private Kickoff Call and develop a gameplan to help you scale in the next 6 months.

Part of your gameplan might be looking at creating an evergreen funnel, scaling with multiple digital products and memberships, or implementing different launch strategies. I’ll be your strategic partner as you implement so you won’t be left to figure it out.

This would depend on your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) learning goals and it is best to check with your professional organisation to clarify their specific guidelines for what counts as CPD.

We would be able to provide you with a certification of completion that you can submit in conjunction with your CPD log as proof of your enrollment.

Most of my clients haven't invested this much in business education and feel more comfortable investing in job-related education. That's actually part of what makes them (and you) so great at what you do! You're regularly investing in your skills. That's also what makes business education a likely best next step.

Our wonderful health professional training teaches us how to be better clinicians; however, they don't equip us with the skills required to run a successful business. We don't get taught the business or marketing strategies required to market ourselves, attract clients, or build a profitable business.

And while establishing an in-person practice requires its own set of business skills, building and growing a practice online has its own requirements. Things like social media and digital marketing, working with clients from different locations, and "closing" discovery or sales calls have to be learned. Following my framework in the Momentum Club™ will save you time and money by teaching you everything you need to get to $10k months online!
